My son and I (5) were sitting in the bar area in a booth and not once did I feel put on the back burner since we weren’t seated at the bar. Ashley Is the kind of customer service individual you build around. It was one of the best recess I’ve had to chili’s. I hope this is read by people who can affect change.

There was a sign indicating that the beer mach... read more The bar service was disappointing; I had to raise my voice just to get the bartender's attention on Sunday night. There was a sign indicating that the beer machine was broken, which was frustrating. When we arrived, the entire bar area was cluttered with dirty plates. I understand that places can get busy, but this isn't a great spot if you're looking for a good sports bar experience. Additionally, the TV was positioned too far away to clearly watch the game.
