I work with the small robots at Chick-fil-A, and I must say it’s a fantastic place to order from. The service is excellent; everyone is eager to assist with anything you need, and the atmosphere is cheerful throughout the entire area. Ordering through the app and utilizing the robot service gives you a taste of the future. It's also very family-friendly, featuring a relaxing outdoor seating area and a lovely children’s menu.

I recently dined at a restaurant where my order was prepared incorrectly three times due to my milk allergy, which prevents me from consuming cheese or eggs. Despite explaining my dietary restrictions to the staff, my concerns were overlooked, and my order was consistently wrong. After the third attempt, I was asked to step aside and wait for a revised order, which only added to my frustration as cars began honking around me. To make matters worse, my fries were cold and lacking, and my lemonade was served without ice in a leaking cup. Although this place usually offers decent customer service, the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive that night. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.

I had never tried a Chick Fils A, so the young man at the window helped me decide what to order and told me he wouldn't charge me because it was my first time. The luxurious chicken sandwich was delicious! Service was fast and friendly.

If half of these fast food places can meet up to there standard. Food is good, great team working together, prompt and proficient. Despite of the línes you may see in the drive thru they move very quickly. Workers are always friendly, neat apparel. I look at this cause these are people handling your food.Food: 5/5
