The service is excellent; everyone is eager to assist with anything you need, and the atmosphere is cheerful throughout the entire area. Ordering through the app and utilizing the robot service gives you a taste of the future. It's also very family-friendly, featuring a relaxing outdoor seating area and a lovely children’s menu.

De... read more I recently dined at a restaurant where my order was prepared incorrectly three times due to my milk allergy, which prevents me from consuming cheese or eggs. Despite explaining my dietary restrictions to the staff, my concerns were overlooked, and my order was consistently wrong. After the third attempt, I was asked to step aside and wait for a revised order, which only added to my frustration as cars began honking around me. To make matters worse, my fries were cold and lacking, and my lemonade was served without ice in a leaking cup. Although this place usually offers decent customer service, the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive that night. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.

I called requesting a refund for just the portion missed, and was told they can’t do refunds over the phone. I live 15 mins away, I’m not driving 30 mins round trip unless Chick fil A also wants to pay for my gas. They offered to put the order back on my Chick fil A app when else am I going to need 40 nuggets and 3 large fries? Who knows. I just wanted my money back for their mistake and the missed pieces only, I wasn’t requesting a full refund which I made extremely clear. Will happily be reporting to my credit card company as well if Chick fil A doesn’t want to give me my money back Amex will get it from them. It should not be that difficult to make an exception, or not to have the rule in the first place? It’s not my responsibility to make the order correct, it’s Chick fil As. It SHOULD also be Chick fil As responsibility to make it right when it’s wrong especially with their pricing but alas. If you can’t do refunds over the phone don’t take mobile orders either how else would a MOBILE order get a refund?
