The brisket baked potato was old and grey and came with a cup of un refrigerated shredded cheese and the cup sour cream was hot with the consistency of hot milk. The brisket sandwich had a stale bun and the four corn on the cobs were raw. Very disappointing and a waste of $70, my family was very hungry due to refusing to eat the poor quality and unappetizing food. No heat and smoke from the pit which was an indication of the food possibly being prepared before arriving to Rockport Beach. Never again, so disgusting!

They have a container the just grad with their hands that is room temperature. All the BBQ was dry and cold. Came in to buy lunch for my crew down the street needless to say they were not happy.

My favorite is definitely the chopped beef brisket sandwich. The owner and BBQ master is genuinely one of the nicest business owners in the Lake Travis area. There’s nothing pretentious about it, and the prices are reasonable. If they ever leave the area, we would be losing a real gem. Make sure to support this local BBQ truck—you won’t regret it!
