Inside the hotel there’s an open view of the kitchen with chefs/cooks doing what they do best. Very nice and clean environment, my favorite thing about it was the bar with these amazing bartenders who had great conversations! Also the food… OMGG, the food.. A simple burger and fries were like no other I’ve had before. I’m so glade I stopped here I do plan on going back anytime I’m in Austin.

Entire staff was friendly and appreciative when I picked up order. I eat a lot of burgers. The burgers were great unless you want something tricked up. Value is really good. I was shocked by this place.

While I waited for him to cook my burger and fries, he was picking fries... read more If I could give a 0 for the disgusting behaviour of the guy preparing my order I would. While I waited for him to cook my burger and fries, he was picking fries out of the hopper with his hands, eating them, and sucking ketchup out of packets. As a final flourish I caught him picking fries out of my order and eating them before he gave them to me.I cancelled my order, obviously. Thank goodness I could see what the cook was doing before eating here...god knows what else he does.
