While many dishes shine with authenticity and creativity, diners have noted inconsistencies in flavor and portion sizes. Some meals, like the sausage cabbage roll, impress with bold taste, while others, such as the schnitzel and pierogies, sometimes lack seasoning. Service is generally warm and accommodating, though some experiences highlight room for improvement. Overall, Brama presents a delightful dining option for those seeking traditional dishes, though expectations may vary based on individual taste preferences.
My wife's daughter heard about Brama and thought we might enjoy it. She could not have made a better recommendation. Everything was as perfect as it could be the variety and quality of the food, the service, the setting. The restaurant is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the dishes are very tasty and prepared mostly from scratch. We loved the variety of foods presented. We'll most definitely return.
Delicious food in a cozy environment, Brama has it all! The pricing reflects the quantity of food served perfectly in my opinion, and the quality was beyond its price. I highly recommend Brama for those craving Eastern European food
Second time I have been there. The food is consistently great!
It's difficult for me to provide a thorough review of this restaurant because Eastern European cuisine is not my favorite. However, my spouse and I decided to give it a try for a change of pace. I opted for the beet and goat cheese salad, which was satisfactory but not exceptional. The potato-filled pierogies were also decent, though lacking in flavor until we added some sour cream. The potatoes and mushrooms were well-cooked but lacked seasoning, requiring a generous amount of salt. My wife enjoyed her sausage cabbage roll, which had the most flavor of all the dishes we tried. Overall, the food leaned towards the bland side, which may be typical for this type of cuisine. Other menu options such as borscht soup, split pea soup, and beef stroganoff seemed intriguing. If you enjoy Eastern European food, it's worth giving this place a shot. I'm left wondering if it's just my personal taste preferences.
The food at this restaurant is authentic and delicious. The service is fantastic and the ambiance is very good. However, there is a bit of inconsistency in portion sizes - some dishes are large while others are not sufficient.
