If you live in the Buda/Kyle region, it is absolutely 100% worth getting to this Baskin Robbins location and avoiding it along the Interstate in Kyle (combined with Dunkin). That's terrible! Wrong hours of service posted. Says they are open till 9 pm when in reality they close at 5 pm. 5 pm for an Ice cream shop to close is WAYYYY TO EARLY. Baskin Robbins should leave the Belterra neighborhood and let some one open up who actually wants to work. View all feedback.
I absolutely love Baskin-Robbins ice cream! My favorite flavor is the Jamoca Almond Fudge.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Ordering an ice cream cake online was straightforward, and it was ready at the time I selected. The Snickers ice cream cake was delicious!
The ice cream was disappointing, and the waffle cone was stale and soggy, which didn't seem hygienic at all.

I brought my kids here for a little reward, but it's all closed down even though they were supposed to open 30 minutes ago. No one answered the phone, no sign posted with any sort of explanation. I understand things are hard min-pandemic, but a recorded message, updated website, or sign posted on the door would go a long way. I've got some pretty disappointed kids after looking forward so a hard-earned treat for a few days.
