Cold beer, fantas... read more I was in Austin for two days and ended my evenings here both nights, so much I liked this place. Classic diving rooms, in absolutely best way! Cold beer, fantastic prices and the owner delivered perfect service behind the bar. Cosy environment, but still alive enough to be exciting, will be the next time I'm safe in town.

It is definitely not unusual, but the music is great, the people are mostly chill locals, the bartenders are friendly and helpful, specials are good, and they have many pool tables (dive bar must-have . We happened accidentally to their 20th. Anniversary in the other night, and she gave every shot of something from a spare gas can (I asked the guy pour what it was and he said I didn't make it, but it was actually quite good and went perfectly with my Lonestar and it was creepy to watch him run around. It is largely indoor, but there are some decent outer seats, and everyone was masked. I am not so far north often, but I love to stop it absolutely when I am! Come on!

The place has that classic dive bar atmosphere, and in the best possible way! They serve cold beer at fantastic prices, and the owner offered outstanding service at the bar. The atmosphere is cozy yet lively enough to keep things exciting. I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in town!
