If the staff has no problems talking about their customers while they are close, then I refuse to feel guilty, never tap here again just so you know we will close in a few minutes. this is literally everything they have to say. Maybe when I paid, maybe when you delivered my drink. if I came to the house after closing, you could have just said we were closed. Instead, I look at my laptop, while three baristas speak loudly about how some people are the problem if they don't pretend to determine when a load is open. passiw aggressiw? yes! helpful for someone who doesn't know when the load closes? no. could this problem have been solved with words instead of with attitude?
