Went for the Saturday night rib special. Ribs were well done, tender but a bit spicy. Very tasty!! One in our group would have liked a sauce on the side. Others in our group had the tuna and another the lemon chicken. All enjoyed the meals. We love the remodel! View all feedback.
What Alysa Weissnat dislikes about 827Ray's Kitchen + Cellar:
Well we wanted to go out and treat our son to a good steak dinner, but that wasn’t the case. This is our second visit, both times the service was poor, but this time the food was cold and took forever. After waiting an hour we decided to eat the cold food, but won’t be going back until they can figure out the service and have more consistency on food. It’s too expensive for what we were offered. My reservation was canceled at the last minute before Valentine’s Day (due to Texas Street Grill no longer being part of the OpenTable network).
The service was good and the staff friendly. The food was extremely bland. Went for brunch. Disappointed.
I have eaten many times at Texas Street Grill and have always given them 5 stars.
We only had entrees and wine and beer, but all three entrees (Salmon, Lemon Chicken, and Oso Bucco) were excellent.
