Waffle House - Austell

The service was a bit slow, but the wait was definitely worth it. The food was fantastic, and the waffle was light and fluffy, perfectly cooked. The bacon and sausage sandwich was delicious, and the combination of bacon, egg, and sausage was excellent. I would eat there any time! The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

I've never encountered any issues at this Waffle House. The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. The only minor hiccup I faced was on a Saturday night when my order wasn't taken right away. I had to wait a whole ten seconds—just kidding! I didn’t have to wait long at all. Just a heads up, though: there are a few unwritten rules for dining here. If you arrive during a shift change or cleaning time, you might not receive the very best service, but it will still be good. By the way, this restaurant has some of the best cooks, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly. One of the gentlemen even stood by the door to greet guests as they arrived and departed! The place is exceptionally clean, and the service is impressively quick. After we were seated, our waiter took our order and our food was served just 15 minutes later. The portions were generous. I've been to many Waffle Houses, and this one was by far the best I've ever visited.

Maybe sounds silly, but last night we had the best Waffle House experience here. We went across the street from the hotel and were greeted by a security officer who opened the door for us. Even in recent events, our security was not something we thought about before, but it was encouraging to see WaHo what they can do to make employees and guests comfortable again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our server Diamond was so kind to get us drinks as we put ourselves and take our order right away. When she put our plates down after a few minutes, she mentioned that she thought the bacon was a little crispy and had already asked the cook to make a new order that would come. The cook was excellent because everything was delicious, even the first order of the Craspier-Bacon. Simply put, we were impressed enough of this Waffle House to talk about it for an hour after our departure, tell our friends to make plans to get another waffle before we leave the city, and write this review. It is a big waffle house and the people who work there are also.
