The team at this Panera location is absolutely amazing! I received excellent customer service right from the beginning, even before I was a customer, just inquiring about their products. I have been giving this restaurant a chance for the past 5 years, but I have finally reached my limit. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 grilled cheese for a total of $35. The service has improved slightly and they are faster, earning them 2 stars. However, I expect better quality for the price.
