I have been giving this restaurant a chance for the past 5 years, but I have finally reached my limit. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 grilled cheese for a total of $35. The service has improved slightly and they are faster, earning them 2 stars. However, I expect better quality for the price. I had a terrible experience with the curbside service at this restaurant and will not be coming back to any location. My order was supposed to be ready at 1:05, but I didn't receive it until 1:30 when I had to go inside myself. The team members were unhelpful until it was too late. There always seems to be some issue here.
The staff working during lunchtime today were fast, effective, and pleasant. Despite having a difficult order and a special request, they handled it with care and the food was delicious. Definitely the best Panera in the area!
My family and I frequent this restaurant and we always admire the excellent customer service, particularly from Lori. She is incredibly friendly and consistently makes sure that we are happy with our meals.

I love Panera, but the staff at this location always seems to have a bad attitude for no reason every time I visit, and I am fed up with it. I was polite throughout my visit, but even after requesting extra cheese for my soup multiple times, there was still no cheese in the French onion soup. They claimed they added extra cheese, but it was clear they did not even make an effort. I cannot stand lazy people with such bad attitudes. It's frustrating to be lied to by rude individuals. It may not seem like a big deal, but I was really looking forward to my meal, and all I received was broth and onions. It's disappointing to have such a negative experience.
