A very good restaurant hidden in the small authentic village of Aussurucq. Their spinach is delicious
Bietan egon gara eta bietan suuza bera gertatu zaigu: ondo bazkaldu dugu, ondo tratatu gaituzte, bainsa kontuarekin erratu say (10€ko gainkostua). Bigarrenean, zorionez, sasoiz konturatu ginen anda hamlet itzuli ziguten. Euskaraz dakite. We went twice and the two arrived the same: we ate well, they treated us well, but they did not charge us (10€ plus). Fortunately, the last time we realized in time and we recovered the difference. 80 years of our aunt celebrated in this small country restaurant with garden/terrace in the shade and view of the castle. Discreet but reactive to requests. Simple and good family kitchen (traditional flats: carbide/canards, etc.).

Despite an early afternoon this establishment has agreed to serve us by indicating that we should wait. This period allowed us to take a fresh drink on the restaurant terrace we had lunch. The meal is of quality despite the apparent simplicity of the proposed menu. The garden area is splendid with its view of the castle. The staff got very welcoming.
