I love spots with affordable drink specials and tasty food, and Pub 56 fits the bill. I visited on a Sunday and enjoyed $3 bottles of beer! The cauliflower wings were absolutely delicious. I tried the Cobb salad, but their signature burger is definitely next on my list. A great place to stop by after shopping at the Outlet. I'll definitely be coming back.
We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the place was clean with a friendly server. The food was hot and delicious. It’s kid-friendly with plenty of seating, and the sports-themed decor with TVs all around is great. We’ll definitely be returning! Just a bit disappointed they were out of ribs—I was really looking forward to trying them.
Ribs were good, wife enjoyed her bacon cheeseburger… HOWEVER, if you’re going to serve brisket or brisket sandwiches then at least teach the kitchen staff how important it is to slice the brisket against the grain. The brisket melt has potential but somany bites were tough as leather because it was sliced with the grain. A couple of YouTube videos on slicing brisket would solvethis.
The ribs were delicious, and my wife really enjoyed her bacon cheeseburger. However, if you're going to serve brisket or brisket sandwiches, it's crucial to educate the kitchen staff on the importance of slicing it against the grain. The brisket melt has a lot of potential, but several bites were tough and chewy since it was sliced with the grain. A few YouTube tutorials on how to slice brisket properly would definitely be beneficial.
We stopped in after our grandson's game was canceled due to rain. The restaurant was very busy, but we were fortunate to get the last available table thanks to a friendly young man who seated us. Our server, Danica, was amazing! She was not only friendly but also super efficient, providing outstanding service. The food runner was attentive and helpful as well. The food was delicious, and we were in and out in under an hour, which was really impressive! Next time our grandson has a game in the Aurora area, we will definitely be coming back to this restaurant!
