Pokemen is truly one of the best and most unique spots for poke bowls and desserts. Their menu features so many distinctive ingredients you won’t find at other poke places. The girls especially enjoyed their ramen bowl and boba, which really made their day. This hidden gem is definitely underrated. I had the chance to meet the owner, Minsook, who is incredibly kind and one of the sweetest owners I’ve ever met. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and, despite working tirelessly, she always greets customers with a smile. I highly recommend Pokemen—not only for the delicious food but also for the adorable interior design. Plus, the dessert selection is amazing, featuring unique treats I’ve only seen in Korea and LA. I haven’t come across such creative desserts on any other poke menu in Colorado. The location at Southland Mall is perfect, and I have to say, the logo is adorable too! This place is a must-visit for anyone craving a special poke bowl experience.
The poke bowl was incredibly fresh, and I really enjoyed their sauces. My daughters and I especially loved the ice cream served in the freshly made Korean waffle cone. The Bugok ice cream was absolutely heavenly. Thank you for the excellent service and delicious food! We will definitely be back.
This was our first time at the restaurant, and I tried the Bulgogi Ramen, which was incredibly tasty! The broth had a similar vibe to phở but with a deep, rich flavor. We also sampled both the spicy and non-spicy tonkotsu, and everyone enjoyed it. We will definitely come back! I highly recommend giving it a try! A week later, we returned and ordered the same dishes again. This time, we also indulged in ice cream and Nutella taiyaki for dessert, and they were fantastic! The ice cream servings are gigantic!
I really love places where you can customize your own meal, and this one definitely lived up to my expectations. The bowl I ordered was delicious, and I'm so glad I made the effort to visit and give it a try.
This has become my go-to spot for delicious poke and ramen! The food is exceptional, and the staff is extremely friendly. During my last visit a couple of weeks ago, I believe the owner even served me. She was very kind and made sure that my mom and I had a wonderful dining experience.
