Nori Japan - Aurora

I have great respect for this family's work ethic, and their food is always delicious and fairly priced. The owner is consistently friendly, and I believe it's a family business. I've noticed the daughter, I assume, helping out on weekends, while it's usually just mom and dad managing everything, which I really admire. During my time at Champs, this was my favorite lunch spot. The food is outstanding and definitely worth a try. I always make it a point to stop by whenever I'm at the Fox Valley Mall.

This restaurant always has a line, and it's no surprise why—they consistently serve amazing food! It's my favorite place in the mall. My usual order is the Chicken Teriyaki with Fried Rice and Vegetables Combo, which typically leaves me with enough for a snack later. I've noticed that they usually have just two employees, unlike many other nearby restaurants that can have up to six. Today, there was only one dedicated gentleman, skillfully handling the grill, the cash register, and the drink station. It really feels like a cozy family-run business. I highly recommend Nori Japan for delicious and dependable meals at great prices. While the menu isn’t very extensive—offering chicken, beef, or shrimp—the flavors are outstanding, and the prices are very reasonable.
