Etai's Green House - Aurora

I ordered a bowl and was able to customize everything from the base to the sauce and protein.

This restaurant has a variety of meat options, but I was pleased to find they also offer vegan options without any substitutions. They offer takeout service, but I recommend dining in to save on plastic waste. My waitress brought out my order quickly, within 10 minutes. The veggie burger had great flavor and moisture, though it was a bit uniform in texture and color. I paired it with sweet potato fries that were crispy, fresh, and cooked perfectly.

The food was mediocre. The restaurant does not provide ingredient information, making it difficult to cater to those with food allergies. Even McDonald's does a better job in this regard. Furthermore, we were asked to leave shortly after receiving our food as they were closing, which was very unprofessional.

Lately, I have been consuming unhealthy food and decided to make a change by opting for something healthier. I visited Etai's and ordered the green breakfast burrito with added potatoes. It was not just good for a breakfast burrito without eggs, cheese, and bacon, but it was truly delicious on its own. The person preparing my burrito was also very friendly and cool.

Delicious. However, only order in-store! If you order online they'll put the dressing a small cup that equates to about 1/3 of the normal amount dressing. Their salads are much less tasty when they are dry
