I ordered 4 cups of coffee and to add splenda to one cup of coffee, she put splenda on all 4 cups. When I told the lady about the wrong order, she got mad and raised her voice telling me that I instructed her to put splenda in all the coffee. This is not the only time my order was taken incorrectly. I don’t usually bother myself with writing a review but because of the lady’s attitude, I have to write this.I wonder how many times this lady has taken orders incorrectly because the other lady crew reacted, saying quietly that she’s is going to replace them. Looks like she doesn’t want to let the rude lady know that she is talking to me. But then the rude lady noticed so she step in and ask me “how many coffee with out splenda” still with unpleasant voice. Unbelievable, no apologies at all.Anyways this is the only Dunkin Donut location where I had bad experience.
