I waited at the speakers and nobody spoke as I was driving away I could hear someone speaking I didn’t want to back up that’s unsafe so I pulled forward cameras inside show me at the window the clerk ignored me took someone else’s order then scolded me for not speaking into the box almost refusing my order she was rude and obnoxious and refused her name when because she knew she gave the worst possible service.Make no mistake I am complaining to corporate

Despite having oat milk in the store they told us they... read more Management told us they’d be unwilling to accommodate dairy allergy for milkshakes after our recent trip. Despite having oat milk in the store they told us they would no longer accommodate us as the oat milk is supposed to be for the Dunkin’ side. Although I understand the reason, I feel this is not how you treat people with a food allergy. We will not be coming back.

Although I requested a receipt, none was provided, and there was no explanation given.

I won't make a big deal out of it since it was only $2, but I have to admit I've had better from Dunkin' before, so I was a bit disappointed.
