I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday, as it was what the kids wanted, and it had to be a White Sox theme! The owner contacted me to let me know there was an issue, but I couldn't get back to them in time. They went above and beyond to accommodate my request and ensure customer satisfaction! I attempted to pay in cash, but the bill had a minor tear—everything was intact and the amounts were correct. I was asked to use a different bill instead. Although I requested a receipt, none was provided, and there was no explanation given. View all feedback.
Management told us they’d be unwilling to accommodate dairy allergy for milkshakes after our recent trip. Despite having oat milk in the store they told us they would no longer accommodate us as the oat milk is supposed to be for the Dunkin’ side. Although I understand the reason, I feel this is not how you treat people with a food allergy. We will not be coming back.
Kcups $12! Opens at 5am. 515am drive thru still closed. No donuts on racks inside. Right away when walking in how can I help you nervously. When conversing stated a guy drives around and she was there alone. Keep door locked, increase staff. Open DT only being above said??
By far my favorite Dunkin! Everyone who works here is so friendly!
The staff at the front were quite unprofessional. When my wife requested an extra empty cup, she was rudely told she had to pay for it upfront. Additionally, some of the employees of Asian Indian descent were very rude and laughed when taking orders.
The management informed us that they are no longer willing to accommodate dairy allergies for milkshakes following our recent visit. Even though oat milk is available in the store, they said it is designated only for the Dunkin' side and won't be provided for allergy needs. While I understand their reasoning, I believe this is not an appropriate way to treat customers with food allergies. We will not be returning.
