There are courteous ways to interact with customers, particularly when asking for payment, but they rarely use them. I've repeatedly observed them laughing among themselves, which creates the impression that they are mocking customers while taking their orders.

Additionally, some of the employees of Asian Indian descent were very rude and laughed when taking orders.

Even though oat milk is ava... read more The management informed us that they are no longer willing to accommodate dairy allergies for milkshakes following our recent visit. Even though oat milk is available in the store, they said it is designated only for the Dunkin' side and won't be provided for allergy needs. While I understand their reasoning, I believe this is not an appropriate way to treat customers with food allergies. We will not be returning.
