I come here at the minimum four times a week for coffee before work and sometimes donuts for others.. and I’ve had some wrong orders or customer service issues from time to time.. not that big of a deal for me.. the ladies during the week in the morning are awesome! ..but today was it for me. They gave my coffee to the lady in front of me which she had in her car while she waited for her correct order.. and then she handed it back. I asked if they made a new one and they told me yes. As I pull away there’s a big black hair stuck to the plastic cup. I go back and ask for a new one .. no apologies just snickering and laughter when the other girl asked what happened and the drive through girl said there’s hair on it.. that’s disgusting that you would think that’s funny. I told her forget it and keep the money. I’ll never come back to this location again. It’s one thing to say it’s a new one.. but to laugh about someone finding hair in their food is another..
The gentleman was very nice, but the Coffee tasted old and my avocado toast was not as I expected. To each is own but hope they get better with the food/drinks. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
My grilled cheese appeared perfectly toasted on the outside, but the cheese inside was inexplicably burnt. As for the hash browns, they tasted so awful that I actually had to spit one out. I'm not sure if the fryer needs cleaning or the oil needs to be changed, but they were nearly inedible.
I'm not usually one to eat at Dunkin', but I needed a quick bite. There are several issues that should be addressed. Some employees were playing games instead of attending to customers, and the cashier had to make coffee while others waited to be served. I noticed staff touching their hair to move it out of their faces without washing their hands afterward, and I'm uncertain if gloves were being worn. Additionally, tables were not being wiped down properly. At one point, the cashier even had to shout for help to the back, but no one responded. Considering all this, I would rate my experience 2 out of 5 stars. The menu has potential, but the service needs significant improvement.
