Absolutely worst drive thru service I've ever experienced. I've been here about two dozen times. Finally had enough about 3 weeks ago on a Sunday morning. Staff is completely disrespectful and act as if you are interrupting their precious time. Never again.
Every single time we come here our order is wrong. It's absolutely frustrating. What makes it worse is when I let them know at the window it's wrong, they claimed to fix it then I drove off and later taste it to find out it's still wrong.
I ordered 2 iced Carmel macchiatos. Got 2 nasty iced coffees. The girl did give me the correct coffee except it was all almond milk with an inch of coffee on the top. This location is not what it used to be. The employee's and management just don't care anymore and it shows in the lack of quality in their products and employee's.
I come here at the minimum four times a week for coffee before work and sometimes donuts for others.. and I’ve had some wrong orders or customer service issues from time to time.. not that big of a deal for me.. the ladies during the week in the morning are awesome! ..but today was it for me. They gave my coffee to the lady in front of me which she had in her car while she waited for her correct order.. and then she handed it back. I asked if they made a new one and they told me yes. As I pull away there’s a big black hair stuck to the plastic cup. I go back and ask for a new one .. no apologies just snickering and laughter when the other girl asked what happened and the drive through girl said there’s hair on it.. that’s disgusting that you would think that’s funny. I told her forget it and keep the money. I’ll never come back to this location again. It’s one thing to say it’s a new one.. but to laugh about someone finding hair in their food is another..
