Burger King - Aurora

Just stopped by and this Burger King is severely understaffed! The cashier is so stressed out, she needs help at night! I couldn’t order because the cashier was not taking orders for 20 minutes.

Impossible burger was very good, service was good , if anything bad was that I got a kids meal and they had no toys for my child ?

Wish I could give 0 stars. We had ordered food from this location on Uber eats. We had ordered the classic family bundle. And when it was dropped off to us there were 2 sandwiches and a Hershey's pie missing. And also they were out of sprite so instead of asking what we wanted instead of sprite, They gave us coke. And they forgot all of our dipping sauces. We live close so I drove back to the store to collect the missing items. Their front door was closed so I went to the speaker and explained the situation and that we were missing two chicken sandwiches and a Hershey's pie and they had me park into a parking spot an wait. When they brought it out I double checked and they again messed up and gave me 2 Hershey's pies and one chicken Sandwich and so I had to then go back around and have them fix it. AGAIN. No apologies or nothing just acted like they didn't care. And then I got back home the food we did have was now cold. Never coming back to this location. Ever. If anyone is thinking of coming to this location I would avoid at all costs.

Just left this location and I all I can say is WOW! The audacity and disregard for customers is outrageous. We pulled up to the drive thru at 11:40pm-ish and the sign out front states TUE-SAT open 24 hours. When we pulled up a woman in her uniform with red hair can be seen walking out with a guy apparently about to smoke. She states to us over the intercom that she is closed for the next 10 minutes because she's the only person there and that she needs a break! We were the only car in the drive-thru! Obviously we drove off, not wanting to sit in a drive thru waiting for her to finish her 10 minute cigarette break with her acquaintance. This facility is sketchy, untrustworthy and not a place I would want to give one cent of my money to.

I will never go here again. Sat and waited for a min which is fine. Girl came onto the speaker and i said i needed a minute i was still looking. Another minute later i said i am ready to order and she scolded me saying i will need to wait now because i interrupted her with her other customer. The tone was not nice and very rude she simply could have said hold on. I then left the drive thru without placing an order and there was one car in the drive up window when i drove by....i guess this employee crazy busy with customers. So rude will never be going back. 3rd time i have encountered rude employees there in the passed month. Uncalled for and unprofessional. Avoid this BK there are 2 more a mile or so away from this one.
