What Lester Hackett doesn't like about Burger King:
They do as well as they can considering how understaffed they are. You can see the morning manager often running through the kitchen trying to fill orders.They have this weird issue with a sensor in their drive-thru that will require them tossing a metal device out of their window over and over before they let you actually pull up to the window. The manager and staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly. Whenever I visit, I am always welcomed by happy employees. My food order is usually correct, and even if there is a mistake, it is promptly fixed. Overall, I prefer this location over the others in Aurora. Keep up the excellent work!
I recently had an amazing experience at Burger King with some of the best customer service I've ever seen. It was a stormy night with thunder and heavy rain, but despite the weather, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. I ordered a Family Bundle and 2 for 5 Big Kings, and the friendly gentleman at the window made a joke and took my money with a smile. When I realized I was missing one of my Big Kings, he quickly ran out in the rain to give it to me with a smile and an apology. His dedication and quick service left me impressed and grateful. This experience truly showed me the commitment of Burger King to providing exceptional customer service. Thank you to the staff for their amazing service.

It needs pickles and maybe onions or jalapenos. Despite this, I will definitely be back.
Manager and staff are very friendly. every time I go, I'm always greeted by happy fellow workers. my food order is the correct majority of work time. Even if there is a mistake, it will be fixed quickly. overall I prefer this location over the others in aurora. Go on!
As slow as they can't imagine. lines are long and wait is like 20 minutes they go in and is the same wait with like 5 workers and the manager always got a bad hire worker on them phone just look us like they do work instead of helping to get orders -0
