The added crunch was a nice touch, but I ended up with some strange chocolate lumps at the bottom. While I probably wouldn’t order this again due to its richness, it was still worth trying before it’s taken off the menu.

My experience here was terrible. The tea was also below average in my opinion. I won’t be returning and will definitely take my business elsewhere.

It was his first time ordering there, so when an employee handed him a thin straw for a drink that had tapioca pearls, he didn’t realize it wouldn’t work well. It’s not a huge issue, but it was pretty frustrating. Hopefully, they can train their staff a bit better next time.
