However, what I personally find unacceptable in a restaurant is this: when I order vegetarian spring rolls with fried noodles and bean sprouts, there should be no meat in them. I was really looking forward to the meal, but now I can't eat it because there are so many tiny pieces of meat in it. What a shame!

This time, I wanted to pick up my order as usual, but I was told on site that they didn't have any spring rolls. That's not a problem in principle – it can happen sometimes. However, I assumed I simply wouldn't get the spring rolls and wouldn't have to pay for them. Instead, without consulting me, I simply got something else – a third batch of fried noodles. Unfortunately, that was something I didn't want and hadn't ordered. I already had two portions of noodles – a third was completely unnecessary for me.
