The sweetest place with a great view on the port. Light and local menu with daily fish. Everything was excellent but a couple of highlights to mention: Amber cider deep smoked and honey drink that was captivating. Lemon pie matching with Tokaj wine was a touch of genius acidity of the lemon revealed the best in the wine and it played a game together rounding up our dinner. Thank you so much!
An excellent meal: the courses offering a délicate balance of both textures and flavours were cooked to perfection, beautifully presented and served by knowledgeable , confident and attentive staff.
Every thing was good but the food. Expensive, yes. Portions moderate, yes. But the seasonings were not good, nor was each dish. Tasted like sea water often and some items were inedible. Fish was over cooked and in an odd Sake sauce. Not much value for the price. The wine was excellent as was the bread. They took the taste of salt and seaweed away.
Best meal of our holiday! the waitress was so attentive and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with each course. The main course (I had the vegetarian option and my partner had the duck) and wine was excellent and the desserts were delicious and creative. Wonderful evening, thanks to the incredible chef/s and staff!
