Aulac Big Stop

This is one of my favorite all in a stops in NB. Delicious food, fair price, great customer service and fantastic dining area. Very recommended for Stop Overs.

Good truck stops Diner Essen. The kitchen has its timing and prep-down, which makes the food good. I have never experienced that the house is packed and how they would treat it, but I go here specifically to eat for over 20 years and while the service and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant, the value has gone slightly down. It used to be a place you go out of the way to eat, but there are so many similar options on site, the prices may not justify it. Great option for people through.

My server this afternoon was John, and my group had an incredible dining experience. He was very bubbly, and did his job perfectly! I was very impressed by his attempt to accommodate us in French as well! I can say without a doubt that he is the best server I have ever had. He recommended the turkey soup, and it was to die for. Can?t wait to come back!

This is definitely NOT your usual restaurant, I think it's a stand alone. It is a very family-friendly, which serves good meals cooked locally by scratches. The EV station is just steps from the restaurant. We fed while we fed our car! Definitely will be over again when we're close.
