Meanwhile, several customers who cam... read more I was very disappointed with my experience. We placed an online order at 5:40 PM, but our food didn't arrive until 6:10 PM. Meanwhile, several customers who came in after us received their meals within minutes. When we inquired about our order, we were simply told that it was on its way. Once we finally got home with the food, it was a letdown—the food was lukewarm, the chips were soggy, and both the chicken and nuggets were cold. Overall, it felt like a total waste of a family meal. I won't be ordering again. It was $65 down the drain.
