What Tierra Hunter doesn't like about Sista Sista Soul Food:
Growing up in the south, I'm used to good real soul food. This is an attempt at it, but does not quite deliver. The chicken is quite good if you get it hot and fresh at lunch. The yams are ...bland. There is no cinnamon, nutmeg, spices , so it's just a yam and sugar. The macaroni and cheese has sugar in it so that's just NOT ACCEPTABLE ! It's Carla's Kitchen now, and she is amazing. I highly recommend stopping by. You will not be disappointed. All the food is great, but I highly recommend the oxtails over rice, mac and cheese, collard greens, and hot water cornbread. Wish I had pictures. View all feedback.

The Lima beans were the best! I won't choose the smothered pork chop next time if there is one bc I've had better but I've surely had worse
