Got my typical winter fave, large peppermint mocha extra cream, no sugar. Simple order for this Dunkin, others in Augusta mess it up every time, they assume I want extra extra. I hate super sweet coffee, and with the syrup already sweetened, it's enough sugar for me. This Dunkin never messes up any of my orders. View all feedback.

I haven't bought anything from Dunkin in over 10 ten years... I liked it much better when they just sold Donuts and coffee and the Donuts had much more filling inside.
I usually do drive through. The one on Western Avenue is fairly quick.

When I walked in today the manager and an employee were arguing about breaks. LOUDLY. After I placed my order the customer then complained to me at length about his break grievances and was cussing about it. I just wanted my order and NOT an explicitive one sided complaint about their break habits. Pretty unprofessional.
The girl taking my order got it wrong because another girl working there was screaming at her that her 15 year old son was coming in and the door was locked and she had the key and they screwed up my order. Thanks a lot.
