I eventually j... read more The person at the drive-thru around 3:00 PM today (Wednesday) was extremely rude. They kept interrupting me and clearly lacked any people skills. I eventually just decided to stay quiet and let her say whatever she wanted, haha. Unfortunately, I still didn't get everything I ordered in my bag because she wouldn't let me communicate properly. It was really frustrating!

You'll have to either us... read more The app's order-ahead feature functioned flawlessly, but if you opt not to use curbside pickup, obtaining your food can be challenging. You'll have to either use the drive-thru or call to have someone unlock the door for you. The dining area is still closed, and the staff appears to be short-handed. As a result, they parked about 90% of the drive-thru customers. Overall, the experience felt chaotic and inefficient. It wasn't the best visit.

After I placed my order, I was asked to pull over to the side, just like the cars ahead of me. There were no other cars behind us. The first two cars received their meals in about ten minutes, but I found myself still waiting twenty minutes later. Then, another car pulled up to the side and was served quickly. I thought the employee had mistakenly given my order to the wrong car, but that wasn't the case. She came over to check on my order, went inside, and returned with my food just thirty seconds later. It seemed like my meal had simply been overlooked. To my disappointment, my tenders were missing; I only received the sauce. The food itself was just okay.

I visited with a friend who needs to... read more The main reason I’m giving this restaurant a five-star rating is the exceptional service. My food was served hot and fresh. I visited with a friend who needs to avoid the fry seasoning, and the staff accidentally removed the seasoning from my fries as well. However, the outstanding customer service more than compensated for that. The cashier, who appeared to be new, was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. Her name on the receipt was Kelisha, and I want to give her a big shout-out; she transformed what could have been a mediocre meal into a fantastic one! I really don’t understand the negative reviews. The only minor issue I noticed was that the floor was somewhat wet, but they had a sign up about it, and it was due to the rain, with people tracking in water. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’m really pleased that this Zaxby's is so close to my location.

However, I did notice that the staff at the front counter can be a bit on the rude side. Thankfully, the main cashier today was friendly, greeted customers with a smile, and offered excellent service, so I don't have too many negative comments to make.
