I’ve never been to this chain before and I don’t think I’ll give it a second try after this.

There was Cheese Wiz on the ceiling, no hats or hair nets, one employee was just sitting there watching a show on their phone (not on brake). The more I looked around the worse it got.

Ordered 3 subs got only 2.... read more When I first walked in I thought there was a fire. It was so smokey! I was coughing. Apparently it's time to get a working hood fan. Ordered 3 subs got only 2. Wife said her Philly was the worst she ever had. Mother in laws turkey sub was good. My Cali sub was weird. Turkey shavings from bottom of pan maybe? With the hospital right across the street, place should be making bank. No excuse for a non-working hood.
