My food is typically ready by the t... read more I frequently work in downtown Augusta and have visited this restaurant many times. I've consistently left feeling satisfied. My food is typically ready by the time I finish placing my order, even if I take a moment to freshen up in the restroom. The staff is friendly and engaging. All I can say is, if you're looking for a delicious meal at a great price, you should definitely give this place a try!

One of the employees even verified that I had received small coffees. It's frustrating that the manager lied to me like that.

I called and spoke with a manager who offered to remake it so I could return to pick it up. However, people on lunch breaks don't have time for that. Why is it so hard to get the order right the first time, especially since it was shown correctly on the screen? And they expect to earn $15 an hour in fast food? Seriously?

On a positive note, the lady who handled our food and greeted me at the window was very friendly. However, I couldn't help but notice that several other staff members were nearby, and one of them kept touching his hair without washing his hands.
