We arrived 1/2 hour early for our reservation and they sat us immediately, which was nice. Once we were seated it did take a few minutes before the waitress came to the table. The food was excellent. Our waitress ask us if everything was okay and I ask for a to-go box. When she brought the box back she also brought us our check. We were not ask if we wanted dessert or coffee. What User doesn't like about The Chop House:
When we arrived, a guest passed us while giving the menus back to the hostess stating it was too cold. When we arrived at our table, the hostess was extremely rude to me when I asked about the heat. The servers were in winter coats and hat. Customers were wearing their winter coats and sock hats. It was freezing cold! View all feedback.

If there had been shots circulating around the table, I might have given it a higher rating. However, since it was clean, I’ll give it two stars. Unfortunately, this place did not meet expectations for both the food and the overall restaurant experience.
We absolutely adore Chop House! The food is consistently prepared exactly as we request and is always delicious. Some of our favorites include the ribeye steak, pork chops, prime rib, and creamed spinach... honestly, everything we've had there has been amazing. If you ever encounter an issue, just talk to the manager, Nick, and he’ll sort it out. The servers are always friendly and accommodating. Our favorite server is Allison—she's fantastic! If you haven’t dined there yet, give it a try; I’m confident you’ll keep coming back!
The food was outstanding, and the service was fantastic. Be sure to arrive hungry, as the portion sizes are generous. We will definitely be returning!
I had a fantastic experience with the customer service here. Overall, I loved my visit and would highly recommend that everyone try this place out!
