The young man in the window was the most pleasant person who took your order. And the steak stuff Burrito by far is the best I ever had, everything was fresh
Today the entire crew was absolutely delightful! The food was great, but even if it had been terrible, the attitude of the crew would have made it a phenomenal experience! Stop the good work! We will definitely come back!
Don't expect prompt service instead expect to be ignored while you stand at register. Main focus is to service drive through and pick up orders. In house is at the bottom. After being ignored expect to be finally acknowledged and then greeted with an impatient attitude. After you are disturbing the flow...how dare you want to eat in. During your order expect that employee will continue to ignore you by engaging in other discussions not concerned with your order and will then forget to place everything you asked for on order due to the distraction of having an inside order. Do not try to correct the order because you are in the wrong because that was not what was on your order. An obvious failure on your part as a customer for not requiring a report back of your order. Side note...drink machine for customer in lobby does not work and so if you want to refills expect long wait. Low impression of service. Staff generally not engaging with customers... maybe they have other places to be...lack of customer training is evident...lack of management oversight is apparent...recommendation is to close inside dining...put in pickup window for on line orders...sorry you spent so much on refurbished interior and facade...wasted a whole bunch of money that could have been used for training of staff and management. If this is your franchise then you need to take a hard look and do some spot check. If this is your success model you might to look down the street at the place that closes every Sunday and their customers service training...just makes you go hmmmmm.
Had to use restroom while daughter was ordering a snack...needed a code to use it but couldn't use it unless we were ordering... couldn't get code until the order was placed and paid for! Good thing wasn't a dire emergency!
We came in for dinner and my wife was going to take our small child to the restroom while I ordered our food. They refused to unlock the bathroom door before I ordered and paid for our meal. We explained that I was going to order while they used the bathroom, however they INSISTED that we pay for our food before they would open the restroom. The food was cold and poorly prepared, I wonder how often they're washing their hands with the bathrooms locked up like that? These employees and management could use a little common sense.
