Subway - Augusta

The show was actually good one of the employees didn't seem very professional. She was cursing in front of customers talking loud etc.... It is almost as if she didn't understand when I was telling her to add turkey extra turkey at that... But the food was definitely amazing everything was perfect when it comes to the food. But the service and atmosphere I didn't too much care for it.

I went to the Wrightsboro Road location this morning around 11:00 and ordered a Spicy Italian. As you can see in the picture, most of the veggies are falling out of the sandwich. That 's just the tip of the iceberg. When I got to the register to pay, I noticed I was charged for something completely different so I asked about it only to be told that I got something called capicola on my sandwich so that 's what I was charged for. I told them that 's not what I ordered and I repeated what I ordered. The response from the employees was, oh sorry well it will still be good though. No offer to make my order right whatsoever. I was pressed for time and couldn 't stay to argue with them about the issue but I won 't go back to that location. Completely unacceptable behavior from the employees. Not to mention the line was dirty.

Though our server was great with interacting with our kid... The parent is the paying customer , I would appreciate if we tried not to make the focus the child especially if we 're supposed to be practicing stranger danger. Beyond that she also took forever to actually make our food cause she was so ... Focused on .... Nothing honestly... She was being young and ... Unprofessional in the establishment. Did not said nothing rude to me or my family but as a customer ... Standing there ... Waiting .... Yeah that 's not a good look on your store . You wanna lose money ?? Cause that 's how you lose money.

I get that it's 9 45 but this chick is here yelling loud about inappropriate stuff and giving a ton of attitude. Some random guy went back there and started making a sandwich. The other dude working comes out and starts playing with the protective window. Now she's flirting with the random dude making a sandwich. What in the world is going on here?

Hands down the worst subway ever! Sandwiches were all tore up with hardly any toppings and bread was not fresh. Also wrong bread type. They gave us 2 waters instead of the two bottles of vitamin water we ordered. Never ordering here again. They need to fire that worker immediately!
