Ur ma gurrd. They had coffee. They made it well. They were really nice. There's plenty of chairs. They don't judge you for getting a venti white chocolate mocha. Normally, I can see in their eyes when they judge me. They didn't. I keep saying they. Her name was Antika! I'm sure that is spelled wrong. Anywho. Was good. View all feedback.
What Kelly Newby doesn't like about Starbucks:
Normally ok and I would say 4 stars but seems to be getting worse hence the two stars. At 7pm I stood at the counter for 5minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter. I went to the back stockroom door and called in to see if anyone was back there. Heard someone exclaim ?Oh my gawd!? But no one came out. Waited again. Asked a Target cashier working the self checkout if someone was working at Starbucks and got a... View all feedback.
I would first like to start that Myracle and Victoria are the kindest most sweetest young ladies my wife and I have ever met. They truly are the epitome of class and how Target's/Starbucks customer service reigns over all other retail chains. Thank you both so much for how you treated us. We are grateful! One of the best Target store and Starbucks we have ever visited.
The team member was very friendly, My coffee with steamed cream was very good.
Usually, I would rate this place 4 stars, but it seems to be declining, so I'm giving it 2 stars. At 7 PM, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. I even went to the back stockroom door and called out to see if anyone was working, only to hear someone exclaim, "Oh my gosh!" but no one came out. After waiting a bit longer, I asked a cashier at the self-checkout if anyone was on duty at Starbucks, and received a snarky reply: "The lights are on, so someone’s here. Just keep waiting; they’ll come eventually." After a total of 15 minutes without service, fellow customers and I decided to leave and head to the Starbucks across the street. I know it’s a minor issue, but I was genuinely disappointed with both the absent Starbucks employee and the sarcastic Target cashier.
Oh my goodness! They had coffee, and they made it really well. The staff was incredibly nice. There were plenty of chairs, and I never felt judged for ordering a venti white chocolate mocha. Usually, I can see the judgment in people's eyes, but not here. I keep referring to "they" when really, it was one person—Antika! I might have spelled her name wrong, but anyway, it was a great experience!
I was really disappointed with my experience at the Starbucks on Robert C. Daniels Parkway. I typically hold my group meetings there, but I'll have to find a new location because they refuse to serve me decaf coffee in the afternoon. I love their coffee, but their lack of flexibility is frustrating. It's one thing to be denied service due to company policy, but the dismissive attitude I encountered made it even worse. This just reinforces the feeling that corporate coffee shops are too big to care. I wish I had supported a locally owned café instead.
