What User doesn't like about Roma's Pizza:
Called in an order last night for five stromboli's and was told that the wait time was an hour and fifteen minutes after I was hung up on twice. Get there, pay and take the box which should be hot on the bottom, but it wasn't. Should have taken it back in right then, but my kids were hungry. Get to the house and these things were not hot at all and were not cooked all the way. Also, they didn't look too good either.... View all feedback.
Roma's is one of our family's favorites. In our opinion, it is the best pizza in town! Service is usually good, but this past Wednesday evening it was the best service I have had in a long time. Kyle was manning the cash register and was super friendly. He saw that I was there by myself with two little kids in tow. He offered to bag the extra items I asked for with a great attitude. So on top of enjoying some yummy NY style pizza, we had great service as well!
Hands down best pizza in the CSRA!!!! Great staff, great food and an amazing place to host guests!
Me and Larry went yesterday and immensely enjoyed the pizza! I then ordered a large pizza and Stromboli to go for the wife and kids...again everything was very good!! I do however miss seeing Dom there. Can’t wait till the next time.
Me and wife ate there yesterday. The pizza was great. Reminded me of being back in the Philadelphia area... hot and cheesy y...the best. We will be back!
