The calamari is fresh and crispy, and I absolutely love it. The vegetable risotto is perfect!
Check out my girl Cindy at the Riverfront! She provides exceptional service and brings plenty of laughter to your visit. But the real star here is the food! They serve the BEST gumbo north of New Orleans! And the Memphis BBQ is definitely worth trying. I consider Maine the best state in America, but the food here rivals the best I've had, even for places served outside their origin. This was our first visit, and the enticing aroma of the delicious BBQ was enough to make our mouths water before we even stepped inside! The portion sizes are generous, and the menu offers a wide variety of options. Both the service and the food were excellent. We will definitely return on our next trip to Maine!
I had the jambalaya and it was wonderful. Really hit the spot on a cold evening. Huge portion and the cornbread was giant also. My wife enjoyed her brisket although the little taste I had wasn't my favorite but it was good.
Great location, sweet and friendly staff, and a menu with lots of variety that made it hard to choose! Music and ambiance was enjoyable. Nearby free parking. Reasonable prices for the quality. The sweet potato fries were seasoned with cinnamon. Yum!Best part- super quick getting the food to the table. Only downside: the front door squealed in such a way every time it wasopened that it sounded like a pterodactyl squeaking. Every.time. :
