Papa John's Pizza - Augusta

It has the best pizza than other shops. Very delicious and delicious.

I love this place, but Pop thinks it sucks. In fact, Pop doesn't really like anything, so I wouldn't take his criticism as a gospel. Peace

I have visited the branch on Walton Weg for about 10 years and never had a problem until today. The boy who took my order said his name was Raheem and he didn't know how much an extra big pizza was. He claimed he was the anger, but he got my order wrong. I'm asking for an extra big paprika, but what I got was a cheese pizza. I didn't notice until I came home, my family took about 3 bites from her piece of pizza until we noticed it was cheese. I called the branch and said to bring the pizza back in. On arrival the young lady took the pizza and everything went to the left. This African American disciple who thinks that you had bad customer service when I picked up the pizza came into the window and tried to tell me that we are 5 slices. There were only 10 slices with the pizza and there were 3 bites of three slices. So, Raheem, who claimed he was the manager insisted that we ate 5 slices and refused to correct the order he got wrong. I ordered extra big paprika, but he refused to do something and told me I had to take the pizza back. I told him I wouldn't, then he said rudely to go. I asked about company number and was told that there were no numbers and that they would not do anything about the complaint. I kept him the pizza and was not refunded. I was very annoyed and after all these years when companies do not correct their employers when I don't spend more 1 with this company, and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. Fearful customer service and terrible attitudes, they fit to their appearance. If I could evaluate this store, I would and will cooperate with some of this problem. No one should be treated as I was treated!

Now honestly speaking, I was very surprised at the taste of this pizza and chicken wings. I'm a loyal pizza hut girl and dont stray. I went to papa John's because of a new pizza sandwich they have. My experience was very very very enjoyable. The staff was awesome and very helpful and entertaining. My food was hot and fresh . I must say this will be my second go to place for my saucy and cheesy crave lol !!!!
