Outback Steakhouse Augusta

I had the Blooming Onionburger after a recomendation from a friend. Absolutely fantastic burger. I sat at the bar, so I didn't have to wait, but the staff was friendly, polite and fast. Would come back to have more foods that are bad for my health.

I have to say that they surprised me a lot of our late night visit we stopped after we tried to eat something and was unsuccessful and it was about 15 minutes to close and normally that is definitely not a good time to go to a restaurant, but not only were they very friendly when we go, but their level of service at that time of you was amazing, and I believe that our waiter became Jamal and if I

If you want to enjoy good steaks then Outback Steakhouse is the place to be. You will enjoy the ambience and staff and most importantly the food and especially the steaks and the classics outback styles… so try the mushrooms and a classic rib eye outback style… overall an amazing experience

I love Outback and hardly have any issues. However, the hostess for this evening on 1/4/2022 was unacceptable. We waited 40 minutes for a table for a large party we understood we had a wait for a large party. However, she never told us a time limit and kept telling us “it’ll be ready in a few.” She specifically came to me one time to tell me they would have it ready in a few. She was rude when I went up later to ask about how long and rolled her eyes at my mother. Also, I noticed her on her phone at the hostess stand and we noticed her later standing back talking not working. Our waiter was EXCELLENT and the food was delicious. I will be back but wanted to let people know about the unacceptable hostess situation tonight.
