Laura, who appears to be on the mic frequently, is incredibly rude. It seems no one has taken any steps to address her behavior, as I highly doubt yesterday's aggressive yelling was an isolated incident.
My first bite into the sandwich included a piece of plastic wrapper... that's completely unacceptable!
