However, the chips were missing from my ba... read more I ordered a steak bowl with double protein and guacamole, and I also used a reward for a side of chips and guacamole. However, the chips were missing from my bag! When I returned to let them know, the staff member seemed indifferent. She handed me the last bag of chips from the back of the shelf, which were stale! Additionally, the portion size of the bowl was disappointing for the $16 price tag. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Chipotle. As a regular customer at my local Chipotle in Florida, I found this visit to be really disappointing!

Thank you so much! However, there were a couple of issues: I didn’t receive any brown rice or black beans. I'm really getting frustrated with incorrect food orders in this area—this is the second time it's happened!

The staff was incredibly friendly; a young woman even took a moment from her work behind the counter to check on me after an emotional conversation at our table made me tear up. We were seated at the front, and I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. The service was courteous and warm, the food was tasty, and the portion sizes were generous. This has been our experience every time we've visited. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!

I decided to get sweet tea instead but wished I had double-checked my order beforehand. It was also evident that they mixed old, stale chips with newer ones, so nothing tasted truly fresh. Overall, my lunch was quite disappointing, and I won’t be returning to any Chipotle locations. I’ll be looking for another place that offers better value for my money.

Everything is prepared right in front of you, giving you the option to customize your meal with your preferred ingredients. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and the beef was equally impressive.
