I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I have been to many places with good service, but this one really stood out. The worker or manager, named Mark, was incredibly kind. My friend ordered chicken salad, but they were out of it. Even though she had already paid for it, Mark went above and beyond to make sure she got everything she wanted. What Frank Brakus doesn't like about Chicken Salad Chick:
I ordered a sandwich and broccoli salad. the salate and the dressing were spilled on the sandwich. the brot was so tender and I had to take it off and throw it away. I suggest they put the sides in separate containers. it was disappointing. View all feedback.
On Tuesday, April 26, I provided the Augusta location with an order for ten people to be picked up at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 27. I called at10:53 AM to confirm the order was ready for pick-up, and was told by a manager the order wasn't ready. Also, while on the phone with the manager, the person picking up the order arrived, and we were told she would have to wait for the order to be prepared. I'm very disappointed with the level of professionalism/care in processing this order.
Very small amount of chicken salad on a tough croissant. Four packs of crackers given for two scoops of chicken salad. Stems left on grapes in grape salad. When this place first opened it was an immediate favorite but the past several stops there have been disappointing.
This is the 4th Chicken Salad Chick I visited. Very consistent, fresh food and friendly staff. Good sweet tea. Clean, comfortable environment
The Chicken Salad Chick concept is perfect (unless you don't like chicken salad). Sweet, delicious and clever. But even more is the customer service of this site far beyond expectations. They were patient to explain the menu as friendly as possible. I bought more to go later on my trip. They packed it on ice to make sure it was fresh. These ladies were a pleasure. And also the restaurant. Don't miss it when you're in Augusta.
My very first time at Chicken Salad Chick. Mr. Matt Green was very informative, gave great recommendations and the look on his face when he explained about the food was pure joy! And that's what sold me! I loved all of his recommendations for my lunch and plan to go back with friends! Thank you Mr Matt Green!!
