What Nikko Hessel doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Today 7/20 there seemed to be a lot of people busy doing nothing. And a few not so please customer service people. Yes it’s good to have app to skip line; it’s still should not be almost the length of a 30 lunch break to get an order. BEVERLY J was the only person who had a true smile and was glad to help. She was the reason for the 3 instead of a 2 star I did enjoy my meal but otherwise not a pleasurable experience.... View all feedback.
The drive-through was backed up during the last half hour of breakfast, but it was discovered that cars were not using the second lane. It would have been helpful if the young lady, who was standing with no cars to service, had redirected traffic to improve flow. Despite this issue, the restaurant still provided excellent service and a delicious meal, quickly moving through the line.
This restaurant is always packed, with a line that extends all the way to the parking lot. Even with a mobile order, I had to wait in the drive-thru line for almost 15 minutes before being able to park in a curbside spot. After waiting an additional 20 minutes for my food, it still hadn't arrived. When I went inside to inquire about my order at the mobile order area, I was ignored. It took almost an hour from placing my order to finally receiving my food.

I frequently come to this location and it?s better than most of the other locations located in Augusta and surrounding areas. Every time I order through the app, my order is always correct and brought out by a nice employee. Usually, the curbsideemployees are much friendlier than those at the window.
Always a pleasant experience, no matter where we go! We travel a lot, and one thing I know will always be the same the friendliness, great food, and great service at Chick fil A. This location was no exception. Thank you!
