No sense of urgency from the people working. If management was there it didn't show at all. Been to this location four times since they reopened from the quarantine, this time was the worst service I ever had at this or any Captain D's. Captain d’s washington rd I-20We came there Wednesday night at 7:25. sign said closes at 10 o'clock. no sign at the door, which only controls from 7:25pm to 10 pm thru. both doors were locked. looks just through. he wanted meeresfruit so bad and we wanted to sit and talk. ends over the road to waffle house. I have tried and tried their website and do not have captain’s d that we were on their selection list!. So I just gave up useless causes!
Food was cold and vegetables had no season just bland. Very disappointed. Will not go back spending my money.
Brittany, our cashier, is very delightful. The food is good. The service is prompt. Our Wednesday lunch is always filling and reasonably priced. This location has been blessed by a better staff recently.
