Tonight, I witnessed three employees (Bre, Hannah, and Emily) providing excellent customer service to each patron during a very busy time. The customer in front of me was particularly rude and unpleasant, but the employees remained cheerful and helpful despite their abrasive behavior. Though the food was delicious, it was the exceptional service from the employees that prompted me to write this review.

I w... read more I started out for dinner at Twin Peaks. The hostess was sitting on the host station, reading her social media account, I made the mistake of wanting dinner. I was taken to a table and waited. I think my server was cashing out a large party. Not sure. No hi. No can I get you a drink while I cash these customers out. Nada. After ten minutes I went to Barberitos. Nice girls working there. Made my food quickly. It was great! Clean place, much quieter than Twin Peaks. The girls were just as pretty fully clothed. Only negatives were ceiling tiles need replacing and too much food in burrito. Barberitos is better than taco bell or Chipotle. Simple, good food, with nice people in a clean restaurant.

I place an $80 order for delivery this evening. The Augusta location is 1.3 miles from my house, so the order fulfillment time was going to be fairly quick. I w... read more I place an $80 order for delivery this evening. The Augusta location is 1.3 miles from my house, so the order fulfillment time was going to be fairly quick. I waited around 45 mins, and then got a call from the delivery service. My order had beencancelled, not by the delivery service but by the restaurant. They weren't able to fulfill it. I understand that this happens,but why did they not know they couldn't complete this after receiving my order? They didn't know this until the delivery guyhad been sitting there for 15 mins? I don't have an issue with the restaurant not being able to complete the order, I have anissue with the restaurant taking 45 mins to determine this when I could have gone ahead and place an order with another company.
