Be open during business hours
Great food and top-notch customer service. Nakayla, Chris, Kelleigh, and Ryan were all incredibly friendly and made my day better. The team worked well together and quickly prepared my mozzarella sticks while keeping the atmosphere warm and inviting. The salted caramel cookie was absolutely delicious and served to me hot.
Arby's has repeatedly failed to meet expectations. The service is terrible, and the food frequently comes out undercooked and unsatisfactory. During busy lunch hours, things get even worse, with staff appearing to argue instead of attending to customers.
Fantastic service from Kelleigh, Nakayla, and Ryan! They even managed to get me food after closing time. Highly impressed!
Extremely slow service. Even if you're first in line, expect to wait at least 15 minutes just for your food.
