Of course, we were once again offered an aperitif, which tasted very refreshing – suitable for the season. as an appetizer, we had both decided to use “sharp peach soup” which was served very kreatiw in a cup glass – above that was a spit of wood with a huge coat. I would advise everyone to visit the lust kitchen and try the suppe as it tastes indescribably refined. secret I still hope that this suppe can be found on the menu at some point, even if it is not common. the sharpness, the fruity aroma of pfirsich, as well as the spices are so optimally matched to each other that I did not get out of the swarm at night. but it also went tasty further with cheese pears ravioli on fried spargel and barberie curls with schalotte rhabarbergeüse and gnocchi and tasty sauce. as a conclusion we shared the lust kitchens dessert teller, behind whose names a tasteful firework is hidden and also for ́s eye is a single dream. there are always 5 different delicacies on a kreatiw-dressed dish, decorated with fruit sauce and acidifying. more should not be betrayed. a special experience of this evening was a small introduction to the wee we enjoyed, not least because of the multifaceted selection of weeping that we could also taste. the choice of us was perfectly matched to the individual food, the advice of the christian at any time competent and intrusive. there is nothing that doesn't fit! from this reason we decided to enjoy it more often and bring friends who like to eat more quality than we eat. a special thanks to the christs for the many infos and the cozy evening! a compliment to the cook and his crew for the fine eating!
