Traditional German cuisine. Be careful when paying by card. We were charged an extra €5. The owner claimed she knew nothing about it. It's called Flatpay.
I met up with old friends there for a cozy “working lunch”. We were always served attentively, friendly and quickly. We were very satisfied with the meal (including dessert). We just would have liked some warm desert alternatives in the cold season. Unfortunately, Kaiserschmarrn, which was on the menu, was no longer available. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone, no matter how often you call and let it ring before 8:45 pm. If you then go there in person at 8:45 pm, you only learn from the woman standing next to the phone that the kitchen is already closed.
I ate Hans last night, it was very tasty.
Our visit had potential, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to the prices. The initial wait for our first drink was quite long, but perhaps still acceptable on a busy evening. Things only got interesting after that. I ordered the Zwiebelrostbraten (onion roast beef), one of the more expensive dishes. However, it fell short of the expectations of a classic, lovingly braised comfort food: The onions were clearly the industrially fried, crunchy kind, rather than the sweet, caramelized, melting onions that should make this dish special. The sauce was glossy—but not flavorful—and the meat was mostly on the tougher side: more chewy than tender. The side salad, ordered separately, arrived surprisingly small, even smaller than the included salads at the table. That would have been a charming surprise—a complimentary appetizer. As an extra-charge salad, it felt rather…reduced. We gave our feedback several times on-site – after all, the restaurant business is still very much about people. However, the response was rather brief and noncommittal. It's a shame, because a little genuine interest would have made the evening much more enjoyable. I'm not writing this out of frustration, but for those guests who – like me – appreciate classic cuisine prepared with real skill. Perhaps it was simply an evening when everything in the kitchen seemed to be happening at once. It wasn't quite right for me this time – but perhaps someone else will find their favorite dish right here.

Good-bourgeois cuisine with excellent price-performance ratio
As always, very good food. Price-performance very good. Portions extremely lush. Service friendly and fast, although all tables were occupied. The menu offers something for everyone. The only drawback, the noise level is unfortunately very high. By far, the best goose menu of Augsburg and surroundings!! Above all, the geese had a beautiful life in absolute freedom beforehand! If you don't say, there are more guests coming. Always recommend!

Price/performance is very good. The restaurant is absolutely recommended.
The reservation has worked super. The table was good and the food was very good, tasty and plentiful. The service was courteous and very friendly. Let's go back and recommend.
